The results matrix is a schematic representation of the relationship of a project´s specific and general objectives. It lists indicators and targets for project teams to verify their achievement. It also lists indicators and targets for project teams to verify the delivery of goods and services (outputs). The results matrix is prepared by the team in the preparation phase of the operation and it is included in the Proposal for Operation Development (POD) as a required electronic link.
