What is PM4R?
Project Management for Results (PM4R) by BIDAcademy is the capacity-strengthening program in development project management by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). PM4R brings together the best international practices in project management and proposes simple tools that are easy to apply but have a high impact on project execution.
According to the latest global survey conducted by the Project Management Institute, Pulse of the Profession 2017, organizations are wasting an average of $97 million for every $1 billion invested, which represents 9.7% of the resources. Therefore, it is important for both public and private organizations to improve their project performance.
Based on international PMI standards, INDES developed the PM4R methodology, which aims to strengthen the technical capacity of teams in this field.
