Procurement Plan
The procurement plan is an iterative document that is closely related to other project documents, such as the project’s Pluriannual Execution Plan (PEP), Annual Operational Plan (AOP), and financial plan.
The procurement plan identifies and defines the goods, works, and services that will be purchased or procured for the project, how they will be acquired, and when, among others. The first procurement plan is prepared by the project team together with its counterpart in the country and it is included in the POD as a required electronic link. During project execution, it will facilitate planning, executing, and monitoring project purchases.
