Digital badges are an online recognition for the development of acquired skills and competencies or for sharing your knowledge with others. Show the world your new badges through your social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), on a blog or on a personal website.

Through the Operations Learning Program, you will be able to obtain digital badges that demonstrate your skills for managing sovereign guaranteed loan operations in various topics such as development effectiveness, institutional capacity assessment, risk management, environmental and social management, climate change, procurement, financial instruments, project evaluation, and many more.

Types of digital badges

Our digital badges are organized in three types:

• Attainment of skills and competencies: they prove that you have achieved a certain level of learning:
  • Fundamentals
  • Intermediate
  • Professional
  • Master

• Attainment of skills and knowledge by courses clusters: they certify that you have completed a Learning Path:
  • Team leader
  • Operations analyst
  • Project assistant
  • IDB team member (non-operational staff)
  • Government agencies

• Participation recognition: they show that you have participated as:
  • Subject Matter Expert for participating in the development of a learning product of the program.
  • Presenter for sharing your knowledge in a learning event of the program.
  • Participant for attending any of the learning events of the program.
