Kick-off Workshop

The PM4R Workshop seeks to integrate and align the viewpoint of the main stakeholders of the project towards the objectives and expected results, in accordance with the reality of the program at that moment when effective execution of the program starts.

 

During the workshop, participants socialize the project and update its scope, schedule and budget, among others.
