PM4R Agile is a project management approach built on the goal of delivering value consistently through an iterative delivery process of the prioritized works allowing more visibility of the project results in the short term. PM4R Agile methodology combine international best practices in agile project management, such as SCRUM or Lean, and applies them in development and social impact project.
