

Risk Analysis Workshop for Portfolio Projects
The risk analysis workshop for portfolio projects is a participatory exercise in which the key members of the executing agency, the IDB and other institutional stakeholders sare invited to conduct a comprehensive analysis of project risks. They work in groups during to the workshop, depending on their area of knowledge and experience, following the guidance of a certified risk management facilitator. The IDB Project Risk Management (GRP) Methodology is the one used in the aforementioned workshop, which is aligned with the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards.
