Draft Loan Proposal (DLP)

When the Vice Presidency for Sectors and Knowledge Sector Manager (VPS/MGR) approves a Proposal for Operation Development (POD), the document becomes a Draft Loan Proposal (DLP). The DLP is then distributed to the Operations Policy Committee (OPC) for approval.
