ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
The Long-Term Care Policy Network in Latin America and the Caribbean (RedCUIDAR+) was created in 2020 to support regional efforts and increase the institutional and technical capacity of the region's countries in long-term care for dependent older people. This initiative is supported by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the French Development Agency (AFD).
The government of El Salvador and the Secretariat for Central American Social Integration (SISCA) led the eleventh meeting of the CUIDAR+ Network, that addressed the strengthening of long-term caregivers training in the region from a person-centered care approach, and which are the challenges and strategies to achieve this goal.
