REQUISITOS DE LOS PARTICIPANTES
ESTRUCTURA DEL CURSO
In this stage of the SECI course, you will explore the basic definitions, concepts, roles, and frameworks of an inspection, such as the different types and goals of compliance and enforcement, criteria for targeting and prioritizing inspections, the role of inspectors, enforcing requirements, and collecting defensible evidence.
This stage of the course has five modules covering the following topics:
- Introduction to Social and Environmental Compliance Inspections (SECI)
- Targeting and Prioritization
- The Inspector and Inspections
- Enforceable Requirements
- Defensible Evidence
During this stage, you will learn how to plan an inspection, perform onsite activities, collect samples, and identify laboratory issues, and conduct inspection interviews.
This stage of the course has four modules covering the following topics:

- Performing Onsite Activities
- Collecting Samples and Identifying Laboratory Issues
- Conducting Interviews
In Stage 3, you will review the critical activities in documenting inspections and managing the
enforcement process.

- Política de Transferencia/crédito para participantes: Si por algún motivo especial un(a) participante pide ser transferido(a) a la próxima edición del curso por circunstancias fuera de su control (ej. razones de salud, problemas familiares), el/la coordinador(a) del curso tomará la decisión de si el/la participante puede ser transferido(a). Es importante notar que la transferencia de participantes se reserva exclusivamente para personas que están pasando por situaciones inesperadas que impiden su participación en el curso. Este privilegio puede ser utilizado sólo una vez. Dependiendo del curso, una diferencia en el costo de la futura edición a la cual el/la participante ha sido transferido(a) puede aplicar. Sólo el coordinador del curso podrá ofrecer dicha transferencia la cual tendrá que ser aplicada en el plazo de un año.
