Doctor en Economía Aplicada (Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona). Decano Ejecutivo y profesor con dedicación exclusiva de la Escuela de Gobierno de la UTDT. Anteriormente dirigió el área de Formación Ejecutiva Políticas Públicas de la Escuela de Gobierno. Investigador en temas sociolaborales. Publicó trabajos de investigación en revistas internacionales con referato como el International Labour Review y Economic & Labour Relations Review. Co-autor, junto a Eduardo Levy Yeyati, del libro Automatizados. Vida y trabajo en tiempos de inteligencia artificial (2024, Ed. Planeta). Investigador asociado al CEPE-UTDT y director del programa de Futuro del Trabajo e Inclusión Laboral. Dirige proyectos de investigación para organismos internacionales como la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) y el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID).

Previously, he led the Executive Training in Public Policies area of the School of Government. Researcher on socio-labor issues. He has published research papers in refereed international journals such as the International Labour Review and Economic & Labour Relations Review. Co-author, along with Eduardo Levy Yeyati, of the book "Automatizados. Life and Work in Times of Artificial Intelligence" (2024, Ed. Planeta). Associate researcher at CEPE-UTDT and Director of the Future of Work and Labor Inclusion program. He leads research projects for international organizations such as the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the IDB.
